Today i couldn't sleep. I sat up all night thinking about the situation with them passing the dream act. I kept thinking to myself that maybe now they would let me stay in america because i was starting college.

    Day 1:
This is the first day without mi madre and I feel Muy Mal. I had to leave her and take my family, not because we weren't getting along but because I wanted a Better Life for my Kids. Living in American they can get a better education and live a better Life that's not in poverty.I only wish for my kids to have better than I had. even though i miss mi madre dearly. I know if I return to my home to see her I will not be able to return to my family :/ this situation is very upseting but i know its for the better. well at least I Hope so ...

I woke up this morning to a bright beautifully sunny day. It was a perfect day for fishing or golfing but alas I have to make the long and tiring trip to the border. I hoisted my rifle onto my shoulder, cimbed into the back of the pick up truck and told the driver to go. And my day as a minute man begins once again. Patrolling the border all day and night to stop illegal aliens from entering the United States. I take great pride in this job even though it takes a lot out of me and prevents me from spending time with my children, who I love dearly.
